The Overflow Volunteer application is a part of Ablaze The Movement’s attempt to assemble the best volunteer staff it can for The Overflow Conference. Please take time to complete the form. The Overflow team will review your application and notify you if you have been accepted to serve for the conference. Based on the number of applications received, not all applicants may be accepted. Please make sure you check your availability with your personal calendar/schedule before you apply. This insures someone else doesn't miss out on the opportunity to serve if you can't.

All Overflow volunteers are expected to commit to being available both days of the conference (Friday Oct. 11th & 12th). Your registration for the Overflow weekend will be covered, as well meals for the following times (Friday dinner, Saturday lunch and dinner). Volunteers should not only be available for both days of the conference but you volunteer role should be your first priority.


Volunteers must be 19 years of age or older and out of high school. Please contact us for more information.


Volunteers are responsible for their own accommodations if they choose to stay onsite at the Buffalo Grand Hotel. Volunteers can commute back and forth from home but must make sure to be on time to fulfill your volunteer responsibilities. Please mention the Overflow Conference when making your hotel accommodations to receive the discounted conference rate.


Volunteer training is an important part of the volunteer position. If accepted as a volunteer we will email you all necessary information regarding your responsibilities, pre-conference meetings, when to arrive, schedule etc.
